Paris – Charles de Gaulle Terminals

Terminal 1

The oldest of the airports three terminals, Terminal 1 processes United Airlines flights and Continental Airlines flights from the US to Paris.

Terminal 2

Originally exclusively used for Air France flights, Terminal 2 now processes American Airlines flights, Delta flights and Air France flights to Paris.  Terminal 2 consists of multiple terminals from 2A to 2G.  Terminal 2 was upgraded to allow for A380 flights to Paris.

Terminal transfers are provided courtesy of a free light rail system.

Rail

You can save time and money by catching the PER train service from Charles de Gaulle International Airport to central Paris.  The journey will take around 35 minutes, and departures occur no less than every 15 minutes.  There is also a TGV high-speed rail station at the airport connecting passengers with the impressive national rail network.

Bus

Bus transfers depart from both terminals 1 and 2, and will drop you in the heart of Paris.

Taxis

A taxi from the airport to central Paris will take about 45 minutes outside of rush hour.  Fares will be based on the meter, and drivers will charge for items of luggage.  Note:  Tips are expected.
