Change / Cancelation Requests:

All change / cancelation requests must me submitted via email.

Change requests sent to changes@webjet.com

Cancelation requests sent to cancelations@webjet.com

 

Change and cancelation requests should include the following details:

  • Webjet booking reference number
  • Passenger names
  • Whether you would like to change or cancel your booking
  • If your request is for a change of dates, please describe which flight you would like changed, and the dates you would like these changed to.

We will respond to your email with the costs involved, and will not make any changes to your booking until we have received confirmaiton from you.

 

Please note: All change and cancelation requests are subject to airline penalties, airline fare rules, a Webjet processing fee, and where applicable increased airfare costs. Fees charged by Webjet for the initial reservation will not be refunded. Some airfares purchased on this website are strictly non-refundable, as per the airlines fare rules.
