"I accidentally booked the wrong flight, Webjet proactively noticed the error in my booking and rang me to confirm my booking, on Easter Sunday no less, I confirmed that the booking was in error and said I'd be happy to pay to reschedule the flight, Webjet rescheduled the flight for free and absolutely made my day, as I said it was easter, so my day was pretty good to begin with, but Webjet's fantastic service truly impressed me and I felt compelled to provide a testimonial.
